Although there are certain products which cannot be purchased used, when you can buy used, you should buy used, especially since many used products come in brand new condition. On most used products sold by large retail outlets, they will refurbish the product prior to sale, meaning that it is restored to the factory settings (especially on electronic products being sold used). So, although the products aren’t brand new, they are going to perform as if you are the first user of them, and as if they are being taken out of the box, and being used for the first time.
